Joseph Rowntree Foundation has discovered that children as young as 14 are been recruited to run drug for the dealers. According to the charity the use of children in the drug business is on increase. These children are mostly used as the lookouts in at least one unnamed area.



The report suggested that the drugs like heroin and crack were offer 24 hours a day, seven days a week.



The foundation also pointed out that the U.K. police alone can never solve the problem, but the participation of community at the local level is very essential.
