China is not just the fastest growing economy in the world, it not only leads the world as the most populated country but a striking fact has come to the forefront in the form of accident deaths.
In China more than 100,000 Chinese children die during accidents on roads in a year. With active progress going on, with all the road-building programs and changes in transportation, China’s cities boom are to blame for the rising accident toll because they increased the risks children faced each day, with roads and drowning claiming the majority of lives as families struggle to adjust to rapid urbanization.
Accidents also include attacks by animals and simple falls that handicap nearly half a million others, according to Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
Last year, China topped the world list of road deaths and accidents, with nearly 99,000 people killed in 450,000 accidents.
