In the war-torn country of Iraq, a new fear is taking over the people. Every week five children are disappearing in the thin air and no one has a clue of what is happening to them.
This is the information thrown open by Omar Khalif, vice president of Iraqi Families Association, a local NGO. The VP however, believes that this is not the actual number. The NGO has reports of a large group of children who are being trafficked to the European states.
Local investigators report that most of these children are sold of in UK and Netherlands. Officials further states that the entire trafficking circuit is run by an international gang who is jointly operating this business with the help of some Iraqis.
