If you had been worried that your child has more close ties with the childcare worker, be tension free.
A new report based on a compilation of 40 studies carried out on nearly 3,000 children (2.5 years) by the British and German researchers reveals that the level of importance of the childcare worker and a mother is the same for the child but it is the mother, who is always indispensable to the child.
The study further stated the following:
- The child feels that the childcare person treats him the same way they do to all other children, there is no personal feel in the relation.
- No permanent and deep relation can develop with the worker.
- The longer the child is sent to a day care the child will be developing secure relationship with the worker.
- In most of the cases, the girls have a tendency to be more close to the day care workers than as they get more attention from them.
