The much awaited case of Madeleine McCann’s whereabouts finally came to light yesterday. Madeleine lost her senses from an overdose of sleeping pills!
France Soir, a newspaper, claimed that scientific analysis of the bodily fluids found in the boot of the car hired by Kate and Gerry McCann ‘prove that the little girl had ingested medicines, without doubt sleeping pills, in large quantities’, thus, supporting the belief that both her parents were involved in the misdeed.
Although, the couple’s allies kicked out the allegations as ‘rumor- mongering’ stimulate by sources in the wallowing police investigation. However, France Soir, is far from being carried away from such an assertion, rather they are of the view that they have ‘hard evidence’ to prove the candor of their declaration.
From the time of the little girl’s disappearance; her parents have persistently campaigned to draw attention to the case and won overwhelming sympathy in and around Europe. Their efforts led to a meeting with Pope Benedict in Rome who blessed a picture of their daughter. But now, it has taken altogether different track, tagging those speculations nothing but farce.
