According to the report of the Mustard Seed Communities, there is an increase in the HIV/AIDS cases in Zimbabwe. There are around 56,000 children living with the AIDS and 900,000 children are left orphaned because of AIDS.
Worse still, the orphaned children are left with no support, as the country being very poor is not able to provide adequate service to tackle with the disease.
