Due to the incessant cluster ammunition attacks carried out by the Israeli soldiers, many unexploded shells are lying scattered in many parts of Lebanon.

Recently a bomb was found in the living room of a resident living in Bint Jbeil, a city in Southern Lebanon. That day came as a shock to Um Ali Mihdi, when after returning home she found a 1,000lb (450 kg) unexploded Israeli bomb inside her living room.

The most shocking part of the story is the BBC cameraman asking a young boy to stand nearby this deadly bomb so that he can take a shot.

What if, all of a sudden, the bomb went off? Fortunately, nothing like that happened, but that was a real scary moment for the poor boy.

When the Lebanese children are already going through such a traumatizing phase, it was inappropriate to ask the boy to pose for a photograph. The question raised by ‘Eye On The World‘ is certainly worth considering.
