A new way for curing serious injuries sustained by the footballers’ is taking over these days. A report published in the Sunday Times states, that some of the well-known football players are opting to store cells taken from the umbilical cord blood of their newborns so that it can cure the unseen injury that might suddenly befall them during their career.



This stem cells works as a ‘repair kit’ in case the player is injured. Over the last five years, over 11,000 couples have stored their baby’s cell and have paid nearly $1,500 for the same.
