In the midst of poverty and violence, the life of children living in Haiti’s capital has been reduced to nothing. Armed gangs use the children as messengers, drug dealers and even as killers.
In Cite Soleil, which is one of the poorest slums of the capital, around 70 percent of the school-age children don’t go to school because of utter poverty and prevalent violent gangs. Read More: Unicef
