
The fate of a huge number of children in SA is unpredictable as they are fighting hard to cope with a life without parents.
Those unfortunate orphans have lost their parents to HIV/AIDS and now it is becoming increasingly difficult for them to run the family as their parents did not leave any will.
A report says that there are over 35,000 ‘child-headed’ houses, whose property is under the Master of the High Court’s Office. The problem does not end here - due to non-availability of will, the funds have soared up to a big figure of 75%.
