teenagers

A new research put forward by Sarah-Jayne Blakemore a Neuroscientist at the British Association (Advancement of Science Festival in Norwich) said teenagers in the present day society has become so insensible that they hardly think twice before doing anything.

To be precise, they are ‘thoughtless and selfish‘ and make no use of the god-gifted brain before making any decision.

Unveiling the curtain, Blakemore reveals that there is a certain part of the brain known as the ‘medical prefrontal cortex‘, which is related to things like feelings and high-level thoughts, but surprisingly the teens are not working on that particular region of the brain.

Blakemore has discovered that it is rather an area at the back of the brain, which is taking control of all the decisions made by the teenagers.
