A survey on childcare groups and the nurseries reveals a rather disappointing fact. An estimated number of more than 26,000 children are suffering due to insufficient facilities in the care centers.
Out of 32,000 nurseries, almost 1,100 are not equipped to meet the demands of the children. From negligence of the staff members in taking care of simple things such as washing the kid’s hands after toilet, to clearing up the dirty toys, nothing is systematic. Even the selection of the new staff members are done very haphazardly.
