In Oklahoma, a bill was recently passed by the Senate panel in favour of a 2 year old child who was killed by her stepfather.

The approval of the bill has made it possible for the judges and the Department of Human Services to go ahead for a detailed state crime bureau inquiry. The assessment process will be thoroughly effective and will be helpful for providing proper information’s by the supporter of child’s health, safety and welfare.

As said by Senate author Harry Coates: he will surely go through the changes that are being put forward by the District Attorney’s Council but however will not approve any of them if he feels that it will have a scope of weakening the bill’s protection in child base matters.
