All credit goes to the Vietnam government for improving the standard of education among the underprivileged children.



The Vietnam government has started US$247 million project, with the aim to focus on the education of the children residing in mountainous, island and ethnic minority areas as well as the homeless children in cities. The primary education project which has started in 2003 will run up to 2008. The project has an objective to educate 2.7 million unprivileged children living in 40 provinces and cities.
