In many of the terror-stricken nations, militant group recruits huge number of young children and enroll them in arms training.



In Sri Lanka, it is the rule of LTTE who has been for long, forcefully recruiting boys and now almost 60 children is caught hold of by the US suspecting them as terrorists as reported by a human rights group.



All these children are now held in the Guantanamo detention camp. Some of them are barely 14 years old and most of them are below 18 years of age.



Some of the children are kept in solitary cells, tortured day in, and day out only because they were under suspicion as child soldiers.



This is a shady part of the Bush administration, which is causing stir amongst the alert citizens. On one hand, Bush’s government say that US is one of world’s topmost nation who does everything possible for protecting human rights but as revealed by close sources, the young detainees often suffer a lot in the US prisons and detentions camps.



This should open up the eyes of the international community and further take actions to shield these children from any kind of attack.
