Schoolgirls smiling, a rare picture hard to miss

Walking bare-foot on the hard stones of life...but Alas life is a struggle and they have to take responsibilities of their siblings at a very young age.

This girl has nothing to care for...yet she has an attitude and looks smart in her tattered rags.

Shy smiles, carefree life, all for show...the underlying truth is nothing but emptiness.

This little girl must be barely an 8-year-old, but she has to fill her basket to survive.

12-year-old Deepak Gurung embraced a premature death during a Maoist bomb blast in Kathmandu.

Children in Nepal suffering every single day due to the armed rebellion between the armed forces and the rebels.

A moment the boy and his parents will always remember. Nearly 600 schoolchildren’s were abducted by the Maoists, this boy is one of the lucky ones to come back home.

Child soldiers in Nepal have a life worse than a nightmare; unfortunately, the government doesn’t seem to be doing much.

These children barely have clothes to cover their body and they are further deprived from the basic medical facilities.

There is no place to run in the modren age!
Let live and show do!
Nepal was allowed a Parliment and now perhaps they must be there for Democracy!
Democratisation is a localised ’punchait’ government and isnt tough to handle a councillor after approx 10 to 13 thousand people ................
